Where is Chelenko?
Find us on the Carretera Austral at km 174, before Bahía Murta and about 42 km from Puerto Río Tranquilo, in Chilean Patagonia. Use the map pin for the property and confirm your route with us before travelling.
How do I book?
Use the Book button to check availability and book directly with us, or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and number of guests. Availability and prices must be confirmed before your reservation is complete.
Which accommodation is right for my group?
Tell us how many adults and children are travelling, including the children’s ages. Our team can confirm the available room or cabin, bed configuration, maximum occupancy and any additional charges.
Is hot springs access included?
Hot springs access is not included in the room rate. It costs US$30 per person and is by reservation. We drive you there from the lodge by 4x4; the trip takes about 20 minutes.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included in the rate and served from 7:00 to 10:00 am. Our restaurant and café also serve lunch and dinner.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Please let us know in advance if you will arrive late.
What should I know about parking, children and pets?
Parking is free. Children and pets are welcome at Chelenko.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Change, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate and booking channel you choose. Review those conditions before paying and contact your booking provider for an existing reservation.
